Store Pick-up

• Customers can choose to pick up their orders at the Chai Wan warehouse.

Delivery Service

• Delivery service hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
• Delivery coverage: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (including Ma Wan), certain areas of Lantau Island (including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Chek Lap Kok)

*The following outlying islands do not have delivery service: Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shek Pik, Siu Lam, Po Lin Monastery, and Tai O, as well as any areas where vehicles are prohibited.

Remarks

• When the goods are delivered, please ensure that the packaging or outer box is intact and that the quantity ordered is correct. If you have any questions about the delivery service, please contact the customer service department. The delivery service does not apply to non-fixed addresses, freight forwarders, border restricted areas, outlying islands, or warehouses.
• If the delivery address does not have a lift that goes directly to the floor, we will charge an additional service fee based on the number of floors: HK$150 per floor (12 stairs).
