Return policy

Please read carefully the return or replacement policy specified for individual products before ordering.

If you find that the product has been damaged / incomplete packaging, the use period is less than 30 days (except for products with a short use period and special sales items with a specially marked use period), quality problems or omissions or errors in delivery To deliver the product, you can apply to us for return or replacement within seven (7) days of the date of receipt, but you must meet the following prerequisites:-

(a) Provide valid proof of the details of the returned goods;

(b) Present valid documents / evidence to prove that the product with the problem is purchased at Oslshop.com;

(c) Take the image of the product in question as soon as possible and send it to us as evidence via email/instant messaging software;

(d) The goods requested to be returned are unused, in the original state of sale and unused; and

(e) Provide all parts and accessories of the goods required to be returned, including instructions, certificates, labels, marks, consumables, bags and boxes, etc.

If you meet the requirements of item 2 above and we are satisfied, we will arrange the return and replacement of the same product within seven (7) days after the return is approved. If the product is not in stock and we have received the payment, we can refund the amount of the product to you from your payment account.

Refund method:
(a) All refunds will be returned to your account with the same amount of "DB-Dollar" (DB-Dollar) by default, and will be used when you make another purchase;
(b) If the refund amount exceeds your actual payment amount, the balance will be returned to your store account with "DB-Dollar"; or
